ELT is a gentle, non-invasive wellness treatment that uses a handheld device combining light, vibration, and micro-electrical stimulation to activate the lymphatic system—your body’s hidden drainage network. This system moves waste, cellular debris, and fluids out of tissues and back into circulation for elimination.
When lymph flow is sluggish, toxin buildup, swelling, immune stress, and fatigue may result. ELT helps reverse that stagnation—restoring flow, supporting healing and helping you feel lighter, clearer, and more energized.

We're Here to Help!

Clears toxins, stagnant fluids, and cellular waste. Strengthens immunity and natural defense systems.

Boosts energy, mental focus, and mood. Creates deep relaxation and restores inner balance.

Reduces swelling, fluid retention, and inflammation. Promotes faster healing, muscle recovery, and pain relief.

To get the most out of your electro-lymphatic therapy session, we recommend staying well-hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment. Eat light, nourishing meals that focus on fruits, vegetables, and whole foods, and try to avoid processed foods, caffeine, alcohol, and heavy meals for at least 24 hours beforehand. Gentle movement—like walking, stretching, or yoga—can support lymphatic flow and help your body feel more at ease.
Please review the contraindications prior to booking your appointment. Arrive with clean, product-free skin. Avoid applying any oils, lotions, deodorant, or makeup prior to your session, as this therapy can push topical substances deeper into the skin.
Come relaxed and comfortable—your therapist will walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
Frequently Asked Questions
ELT is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that uses high/low frequency, electro-sound waves, and light energy to stimulate and detoxify the lymphatic system. It helps break up congestion, encourages lymph flow, and supports the body’s natural detox processes.
Benefits may include reduced inflammation, improved immune function, decreased swelling, post surgical healing, enhanced detoxification, better skin clarity, and overall increased energy and vitality. Many people also report feeling deeply relaxed after a session.
While both target the lymphatic system, ELT uses technology (vibrational energy through a wand) to penetrate deeper and more efficiently break up lymphatic congestion. It’s also more targeted and often requires less sessions to achieve the desired result than traditional manual techniques.
Stay well-hydrated in the days prior to your appointment, eat light, and avoid processed foods, caffeine, alcohol, and heavy meals for at least 24 hours. Arrive with clean skin—no oils, lotions, deodorant, or makeup—as the therapy can push topical substances into the skin.
Most clients experience a gentle, soothing sensation as the wands glide over the skin. Some feel warmth or tingling in congested areas. It’s a relaxing, pain-free experience that often leaves you feeling lighter and refreshed.
You must be over 18 years of age. ELT is not suitable for those with pacemakers/any electrical implanted device, organ transplants, on life support, major cardiac conditions, anyone on blood thinners, active bleeding or hemorrhaging , acute infections, or who are pregnant. Always consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new therapy if you have a medical condition.
You are booked for a full hour. The ELT session itself typically lasts about 40 minutes and is adjusted according to your level of lymphatic congestion and individual needs. For clients with compromised health or higher levels of body toxicity, session time may be reduced to approximately 30 minutes, as indicated by your intake assessment. ELT is a powerful therapy, and even a single session can produce measurable results.
The frequency of sessions depends on your goals and health needs. For general wellness, occasional sessions may be sufficient. For chronic congestion, inflammation, or detox support, a series of sessions is recommended. Your therapist will help create a personalized plan, and we offer discounted packages for ongoing care.
Some people may experience mild detox symptoms after their first session, such as fatigue, increased urination, or temporary headaches—this is a normal sign that your body is clearing waste. Staying hydrated is of utmost importance. This will help minimize these effects as well as using a rebounder, sauna, and/or movement.
Drink plenty of water (more than you would normally) to flush loosened toxins, avoid heavy meals or alcohol, and give your body time to rest and integrate the treatment. Stay active: gentle movement such as walking or yoga can support lymphatic flow. Practice dry brushing: stimulates the lymphatic system by using a soft, natural bristle brush, gently brush your skin in strokes towards your heart.
