Born and raised in North Idaho, Sara brings over 20 years of experience in the dental field, including 15 years practicing as a Registered Dental Hygienist before transitioning fully into integrative and digestive wellness. During her dental career, she developed a strong foundation in preventive care and a passion for bridging the gap between oral and systemic wellness. After a lifetime of gut-related challenges and a personal search for true healing, she discovered Colon Hydrotherapy—a turning point that reshaped both her health and her calling.

What began as a journey toward personal wellness evolved, through prayer and reflection, into a purposeful shift in her career. Drawing from her clinical background, Sara now helps clients heal from the inside out through Colon Hydrotherapy, Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (ELT), nutritional support, and other integrative wellness approaches that support whole-body health. ELT is a gentle, non-invasive therapy designed to support lymphatic flow using high frequency and radiant light energy to support the body’s natural detoxification and immune processes. It is especially helpful for reducing inflammation, pain, and swelling while supporting overall balance and wellness.
