Born and raised in North Idaho, Sara brings over 20 years of experience in the dental field, including 15 years practicing as a Registered Dental Hygienist before transitioning fully into integrative and digestive wellness. During her dental career, she developed a strong foundation in preventive care and a passion for bridging the gap between oral and systemic wellness. After a lifetime of gut-related challenges and a personal search for true healing, she discovered Colon Hydrotherapy—a turning point that reshaped both her health and her calling.

What began as a journey toward personal wellness evolved, through prayer and reflection, into a purposeful shift in her career. As a Certified Professional Colon Hydrotherapist and Certified Lymphatic Therapist, Sara combines her clinical experience with a whole-body approach to wellness. Her Assisted Lymphatic Therapy sessions utilize the advanced XP2 system, incorporating light, vibration, and microcurrent to support healthy lymphatic flow, fluid balance, and the body's natural drainage processes. This gentle, non-invasive approach can be used as a stand-alone service or paired with Colon Hydrotherapy.
