Born and raised in North Idaho, Sara has spent over 20 years in the dental industry and has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2010. After a lifetime of gut issues and a personal search for detox and healing, she discovered colon hydrotherapy—and everything changed.

What began as a quest for her own health turned into a new calling. After much prayer and reflection, Sara made the decision to expand her healthcare career—building on her foundation in dental hygiene to also focus on digestive wellness. Recognizing the strong connection between oral health and gut health, she was inspired to help others heal from the inside out through holistic and nutritional therapies. With decades of experience in healthcare and a passion for whole-body wellness, Sara offers a compassionate, clinically informed approach to digestive health—helping people feel better from the inside out.
