Born and raised in North Idaho, Sara brings over 20 years of experience in the dental field and has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2010. After a lifetime of gut-related challenges and a personal search for true healing, she discovered Colon Hydrotherapy—a turning point that reshaped both her health and her calling.

What began as a journey toward personal wellness evolved, through prayer and reflection, into a purposeful expansion of her healthcare career. Building on her strong clinical foundation in dental hygiene and recognizing the powerful connection between oral health and gut health, Sara shifted her focus toward digestive and holistic wellness. She is passionate about helping others heal from the inside out through integrative, nutritional, and supportive therapies.

Sara’s approach also includes Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (ELT), a gentle, non-invasive modality that enhances lymphatic flow using high frequency and radiant light energy. ELT supports the body’s natural detoxification and immune processes and is especially helpful for reducing inflammation, pain, swelling, and related concerns.
